Nityanand
Managing Director

Mr. Nityanand have around 15+ years of experience in the Digital Technology field. He brings a wide breadth and depth of experience in different areas of technological ecosystem, ERP Programs, Software Development, Concepting, Solution and Product Management, E2E Software Creation. As IT Head, Mr. Nityanand manages and supervise the Planmyschool technical operations which includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technological systems and applications support the organization's goals and objectives.

Shiv Dubey
Business Head

Mr. Dubey has over 17+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and deployment of various Edu-tech programs and solutions for schools, colleges and academic institutions. He has led the development of technological solutions for schools & higher education institutions by working closely with private schools, chain schools and various leading organizations across the country that are passionate about delivering solutions to the education ecosystem.

Today Mr. Dubey leads the revenue forecasting and sales administration at Planmyschool. In the past, he has worked with companies like NIIT Ltd, Pearson Education & Zee Learn.

Rekha Shukla
Content & Communication Head

As the head of Content and Communication team, Ms. Dubey is responsible for the creation of the editorial structure within the content department in order to ensure that all content across the business is integrated and aligned to support business objectives.

Ms. Dubey ensures that Technological advancements, and current affairs and the whole content department is up to date for production of relevant and relatable content.

Ms. Dubey is also charged with designing and implementing measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content put out by the business against the business’s operational objectives and strategies.

Apart from working with Planmyschool, Ms. Dubey also have 12+ years of experience with some prominent CBSE & ICSE board schools in India and have worked closely with the Management of those schools in various departments like Content, Counselling & Administration.

Naresh Sharma
Operation Head

As Operation Head, Mr. Sharma is responsible for delivery, operations, procurement and implementation of all our programs. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of Planmyschool’s day to day engagement, consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Mr. Sharma is proficient with 18+ years of experience in service industry with diversified expertise that includes operations, delivery, process improvements and integration, as well as post sales services. Prior to joining Planmyschool, he was associated with Vinsys, where he held various Admin roles, from services to products, and across operational departments. Most recently, he was heading operations team, at Corp IT Technology.
